Ramakrishna Math & Mission Bhubaneswar (Estd. 1919-20) founded by Swami Brahmananda Maharaj, a direct disciple of Bhagawan Sri Ramakrishna Deva, has completed its Centenary Celebrations in two phases. The first phase has been Celebrated on 31st October & 1st November 2019 and the 2nd phase is observed from 24th to 26th January 2020.
Centenary Celebrations 2nd Phase (24th – 26th January 2020)
A three-day celebration was observed on 24th, 25th and 26th January, 2020 as second phase of Centenary Celebrations of Ramakrishna Math & Ramakrishna Mission, Bhubaneshwar. Honorable Chief Minister of Odisha Shri Naveen Patnaik, inaugurated the function in the holy presence of Most Revered Srimat Swami Vagishanandaji Maharaj, Vice-President Ramakrishna Math & Mission. Revered Swami Divyanandaji Maharaj, Senior Trustee Ramakrishna Math, Belur and Shri Ashok Chandra Panda, Honorable Minister for Science & Technology, Govt. of Odisha, also addressed in the inaugural session. Swami Balabhadranandaji, Swami Satyeshanandaji, Swami Achyuteshanandaji & other monks of the Ramakrishna Order, eminent Scholars and devotees also spoke in the programmes. Bhajans, classical music, and cultural programmes were also organized. 225 Sadhus and thousands of devotees from all over India participated in the programme.
